Goodbye, Fawnlings
Dear Fawnling Friends and Watchers, This journal can come as no surprised to many of you, especially in light of the announcements in the last 24 hours. Those of you who have joined me on my journey in Fawnlings know how bittersweet this is. I joined the group in 2013, became a mod somewhere in 2015, and promptly fell down the rabbit hole of loving this group and its incredible, generous, open community with all my soul. I met some of my closest and most dearly-held friends in this group, and learned to be a better artist and writer to meets its challenges. Although this chapter closes, another has begun. The other former Fawnling Anicents (@rusticforrest , @BrokenFawnHill , @DodgerMD ) and I have started our own group over at @Realm-of-Elaphaea , complete with discord server [ https://discord.gg/Tc7GEsER ] to house all our creations and ruminations. In Regards to Boucles (Hiatus)
Hello Loves! Since I've been recently inundated with requests for slots and have had little time to respond to everyone, I just wanted to touch base with my Boucle friends to let them know I am currently on a hiatus from the group, and thus I am not taking offers on/giving out slots at this time due to not having the time to keep track of everything atm. I have no intention of leaving the game and hope to be more active come spring, but Eclipse has really thrown a wrench into my organization now that many things have moved off-site, and updating myself on all the changes is very daunting due to working through the pandemic IRL while short staffed at my job. On this note, while I am incredibly flattered that folks love my characters, I will ask that people please do not take my lack of response as a go-ahead to do art for slots of my characters. I've had a couple of users approach me for slots and even when I have not given an answer, they have planned to do AP of my characters
